Maryland Auto Insurance Fund

The Maryland Automobile Insurance Fund (MAIF) was created by the Maryland State Legislature in 1972 for the purpose of providing automobile liability insurance for those residents of the State of Maryland who are unable to obtain it in the private insurance market. If your auto insurance has been cancelled or your policy has lapsed please give us a call so you can avoid MVA fines. MVA Uninsured Penalty Fee minimum is $150.00 for 1-30 days and $7.00 for each day beyond 30 days.
